A Impressionist painting of a young ballet dancer in front of a mirror, signed by the artist, lower right. Titled, verso, "La Petite Dansuese" and also signed Jocelyne Sequin (French, 1917-1999). The frame measures 22" X 18", and has been repaired in the lower left corner. The sight measurements are 14" X 9". Always signing his work "TD", Dial's works, always challenging, are often humorous and reflective at the same time. Dial's work defies categorization, though his self-assurance, his heroic vision an ...click for details
