A fascinating art glass bowl whose opened, flat base could serve as either the bottom of the piece or the top, making a free-form sculpture or a vase or fish bowl. Someone who knows the artist wrote us stating that the vase is supposed to be about 1/4- 1/2 filled with water and have flower with sort cut stems float inside.
