An oil on board attributed to Elisha K. K. Wetherill (American, 1874-1929)sailboats by the shore. An artist who led the impressionist movement in the United States. The board measures 13" X 16 1/8", and is slightly bowed. There is a small bit of paper stuck to the center of the surface.
