A petrified or fossilized mammoth, mastodon or elephant tooth formation. This specimen apparently has the entire tooth structure, including the roots. Some cracking and minor losses of the tooth enamel. Almost 12" long.

A solid mahogany miniature breakfront, or server, made as a salesman's sample, or a jewelry box or for use in a doll house. Many of these miniature cabinets were made in this scale were to be jewelry cases, kept on the ladies' bureau. Drawers work and the condition of this very unusual antique is excellent and of high quality. The condition is very good, although one of the turned wood drawer pulls is replaced.
